What if the jump-start does not work?
Tell the operator if the vehicle will not restart. Onward recovery requires suitable equipment, availability and an agreed price for the changed service. The jump-start price does not promise a recovery on the same visit.
Can you jump-start a start-stop or AGM battery?
Tell us your vehicle model and battery type when booking. The operator must assess whether a jump-start is appropriate and whether suitable equipment is available, following the manufacturer instructions. A successful start does not confirm that the battery or charging system is fault-free.
Do you replace batteries at the roadside?
Battery replacement is not promised as part of a jump-start booking. If you need a replacement or onward recovery, contact us to confirm what can be arranged and agree the price before additional work.
